Return Policy


To qualify for return, items must be unopened/unused and still in good condition to be resold and must be returned within 30 days of receiving them.
Returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% at our discretion; depending on value and/or weight of item(s) being returned.
If the item(s) purchased are opened or used; they may still be able to be returned for a partial refund.

For authorization to qualify for return; the buyer must reach out to us. Once qualified an RMA number will be provided with a return label.
Returns without an RMA may not be accepted. Once you receive your return label, your the item(s) will need to be shipped via the provided carrier service.
This may require the need to drop off your items at a specific location or call the carrier to request a pick-up.

Refunds will ONLY be issued once the item(s) have been returned and received.
Note: Item in transit does not equal “returned”.
All item(s) must be received and inspected for condition of refund.



If you wish to cancel your order and the item(s) purchased have already been shipped , but have not arrived yet.
Please write “Refuse” on the package and give the package back to the delivery person if applicable or drop it back in the mail to be returned to us.
Also, reach out to us via phone or email to inform us to expect your item shipped, to be returned to us.
